MISSIONS
Our Mission’s Team is led by our congregation. Members, families and Missions teams coordinate larger serve events as well as ongoing support to missions partners in our community.
RAYMORE C.A.N. PROGRAM
Caring about nutrition serves K-6 students with bags of food on Fridays for weekend meals that might otherwise go hungry. The C.A.N. program also has small food pantries at the middle school and high school for students to access when needed. St. Paul's hosts food collections as well as periodic additional support as requested by our partners.
TIMBER CREEK ELEMENTARY
St. Paul’s and Timber Creek have partnered together to help meet the basic needs of students as needed. St. Paul's Timber Creek Team supplies teacher appreciation events and ongoing encouragement to these hardworking educators. The school is great about asking for help and St. Paul's members are wonderful about supplying those needs.
DEBBIE'S CLOSET
In partnership with Grandview United Methodist Church, St. Paul's collects clothing and other essential items to be distributed at Debbie's Closet mission in Grandview. Volunteers collect, deliver clothing and help sort and serve in opening the closet as needed.
WEST CENTRAL COMMUNITY ACTION
Donations of food, paper goods, cleaning products, and diapers are collected throughout the month and delivered to the West Central Missouri Community Action Agency to help local families in need.
MISSIONS TRIPS TO CHEROKEE NATION
St. Paul’s has partnered with Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma to send teams to help improve accessibility for individuals on the reservation.
ADOPT A FAMILY
Each Christmas our families adopt a family in need of a Christmas experience. They purchase gifts for them and the families come to pick them up and get to visit with our very own Santa Claus.
TRINITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH MINISTRY PARTNER
St. Paul's members team up with Trinity United Methodist Church to provide monthly hot meals, holiday treats, warming kits, hygiene supplies and the love of Christ to the unhoused and those in need.
ALWAYS NEW OPPORTUNITIES
This isn’t all folks! St. Paul’s is focused on equipping our congregation to serve outside the church, so new ways to serve are constantly on the horizon. The real question is… how is God calling you to serve?
